Integrations
Connect your own accounts. Postyai runs on top.
Postyai is BYO-everything. Bring your own inboxes, your own LLM key, your own data and optional proxies — you paste the credentials, we never resell them, and your accounts stay yours.
How do Postyai integrations work?
Postyai does not sell you sending accounts, data, or AI credits. Instead, you connect the tools you already own — Gmail or SMTP inboxes, an Anthropic or OpenAI API key, a CSV of contacts, and optional proxies. Postyai orchestrates them: it writes a unique email per contact on your key, warms and sends from your inboxes within safe limits, follows up, and learns from every reply. We are the platform; your data and accounts stay yours.
Everything you can connect
Each connection is something you already own. Add what you need — most teams start with one mailbox, one LLM key and a CSV.
Gmail / Google Workspace
What you connect
Your Google account via app password or OAuth, one or many mailboxes.
Why it matters
Send from inboxes your recipients already recognise and trust — no shared pool, no shared reputation.
Generic SMTP
What you connect
Host, port, username and password for any provider — Zoho, Outlook, Amazon SES, your own mail server.
Why it matters
If it speaks SMTP, Postyai can send through it. Bring the domains and inboxes you already own.
Anthropic Claude
What you connect
Your Anthropic API key. Postyai uses it to write a unique email for every contact.
Why it matters
The writing runs on your key and your budget — you keep full control of spend and model choice.
OpenAI
What you connect
Your OpenAI API key, optional. Use it instead of or alongside Claude.
Why it matters
Prefer GPT models, or want a fallback provider? Paste the key and pick per campaign.
BYO HTTP proxies
What you connect
Your own residential or datacentre proxy endpoints, added per sending account.
Why it matters
Route sending through IPs you control for cleaner deliverability and geo alignment. Fully optional.
CSV upload
What you connect
A CSV of contacts — name, email and any custom columns you want the AI to personalise with.
Why it matters
Your list is the fuel. Map columns once and every merge field becomes usable in AI-written copy.
Webhooks & API
RoadmapWhat you connect
Programmatic access to push contacts and pull reply/campaign events into your own stack.
Why it matters
Wire Postyai into your CRM or workflow tools once it ships. On the roadmap — vote it up from your dashboard.
How connecting works
Three steps from your credentials to a live, self-driving campaign — no engineering required.
Paste your credentials
Add your mailboxes, SMTP details, LLM API key and any proxies in Settings. Everything stays inside your workspace.
Postyai verifies and warms
We test the connection, then gradually warm each sending inbox so it builds its own healthy reputation before real volume.
Upload a CSV and go
Drop your contact list, and Postyai writes, sends within safe limits, follows up and learns from every reply — on your accounts.
What does BYO actually mean here?
It means you paste your own credentials and they stay yours. Postyai does not buy inboxes on your behalf, does not pool your reputation with other customers, and does not resell your data or keys. You can revoke any connection at any time and the account is yours to keep.
Read exactly how credentials are stored and isolated on our security page, or see the full flow in how it works.
The promise, in one line
“We are the platform. Your data and accounts stay yours.”
- You own the inboxes, keys and lists
- No shared sending pool
- Nothing resold, ever
- Disconnect anytime
Integration questions, answered
Do you store or resell my email accounts and API keys?
No. Postyai is BYO-everything: you paste your own credentials and they are used only to run your campaigns from your workspace. We never resell, share, or pool your accounts, keys, or data.
Which email providers can I connect?
Any provider that supports Gmail/Google Workspace or standard SMTP — including Zoho, Outlook, Amazon SES, and self-hosted mail servers. If it speaks SMTP, Postyai can send through it.
Do I need both Anthropic and OpenAI keys?
No. One LLM key is enough. Anthropic Claude is the default writer; an OpenAI key is optional if you prefer GPT models or want a fallback provider.
Are proxies required?
No. Proxies are fully optional. Add your own HTTP proxy endpoints only if you want to route sending through IPs you control.
