Pricing questions, answered

Do I pay Postyai per email sent?

No. Postyai charges one flat monthly subscription in INR — never a per-email fee. You bring your own email accounts and your own LLM API key, so the cost of sending and of AI generation is billed directly by those providers at their rates, with no markup from us.

What do "sends per day" mean if sending is on my own accounts?

Each plan sets a safe daily ceiling that Postyai will not exceed across all your connected inboxes. This protects your domain reputation. Actual volume also depends on how many accounts you connect and how warmed they are — Postyai ramps within limits automatically.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard, and changes take effect from the next billing cycle. There is no lock-in contract on Starter or Growth.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. You can create an account and connect one sending inbox to run a small warmed test campaign before you upgrade, so you can verify deliverability and the quality of the AI-written emails on your own data first.

Which LLM providers and email accounts work with Postyai?

Postyai is bring-your-own-everything. Connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP/IMAP inbox, and plug in your own API key from your preferred LLM provider. Your data, accounts and keys stay entirely yours — we are the platform, not the sender of record.

What does "unlimited within your caps" on Scale mean?

Scale removes Postyai's own daily send ceiling, so your only limit is the safe capacity of the email accounts and domains you connect. Postyai still enforces per-account warmup and throttling to keep you out of spam — it just does not add a platform-level cap on top.
