What is ESIC registration?
ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation) registration is mandatory for employers with 10 or more employees (and in some states, 20+) earning up to ₹21,000 per month. The ESI Act, 1948 provides social security and health insurance to employees.
Once registered, employers must contribute 4.75% of wages (employer) and 0.75% of wages (employee) to the ESIC fund. Employees and their families get comprehensive medical care and cash benefits in case of sickness, disablement, or death due to employment injury.
Our service handles the complete ESIC lifecycle - from initial registration to monthly return filing (ECR), challan payments, and ongoing compliance management.
